APACHE — PRETTY TO LOOK AT, FUN TO RIDE
Apache is the kind of Appaloosa that turns heads before you ever pick up the reins. Standing 15 hands with eye-catching color and a confident presence, he’s got that look people notice — and the ride that keeps them talking.
This gelding is friendly, sweet, and easy to enjoy from the first hello. He’s the same horse every day, takes time off without missing a beat, and brings a good attitude wherever you point him. The kind that makes you look forward to saddling up. He been ridden by young kids just learning to seasoned ones the know what good horse feels like.
Under saddle, Apache is where the fun really starts. He carries a pretty headset, lopes along smooth and easy, and has a trot that feels good all day long. He’s got a real stop, backs softly, stays light in the bridle with a nice rein, and spins correct, staying balanced and smooth through his turns. He feels handy, honest, and enjoyable without being a chore.
Apache has been ridden around cows, used for gathering and branding, and handles ranch work like he knows what he’s doing. Take him down the trail and he’s just as solid — water crossings, logs, brush, traffic, bicycles, flags, tarps, and bridges don’t bother him a bit. He’ll ride out alone or in a group, happy to lead, follow, or just mind his business.
