Woodrow 10 yo ranch gelding standing 15.1 hh. Most of Woodrow’s life has been on the ranch and down the trail, but he has also given lessons to novice adult riders learning the basics of horsemanship. Saddle and go; he is comfortable to ride and has a big sweeping stride. Walk, trot, extended trot, and lopes both leads! Woodrow is ground covering and smooth. A solid horse with allot of bone. Solid feet, and large frame. Woodrow is an easy keeper whether in a stall or turned out in the pasture. Good in a herd; he can be turned out with mares, geldings, colts, and aged horses. Suitable for novice and intermediate lessons; open ranch horse shows, and an excellent trail companion. He is as big as he is beautiful in your pocket and a big ham bone ; Woodrow will do just about anything for a cookie! Woodrow is a great first horse for any teen looking for adventure and sturdy enough to pack a large rider on long trail rides. Rides in a variety of bits as well as a hack. UTD on vet & farrier. Recently tuned up by a professional trainer. Good minded and easy to be around no vices quirks or buck. A true gelding he loves people and has a willingness to please.
