Know what it feels like to ride a horse that is a literal gem!!? Ride Goldie and you will know! Goldie is a pretty special horse, one that is STUNNING to look at, so sweet in the barn, and makes you fall in love when you ride her. She is a 4 year old Draft cross mare that is very well trained for both arena work and riding around outside, wherever you ask her to go. She responds well to leg pressure and has a smooth walk, trot and canter, willingly transitioning when asked and picking up both leads. She has also been taught to side pass to the block for ease of mounting. Goldie has been ridden in both English and Western riding as well as bareback, oh and bridle less! She has been jumped quite a bit and does well on medium level jumps. We have had Goldie on trail rides with about 80 other riders and also on an overnight camping trip with a large group! She will go through water, over logs and over rough terrain. Goldie stands patiently to tack, bathe, clip and shoe and lowers her head to bridle. She has been ridden by novice riders and they get along great! Goldie is up to date on deworming, shot, and coggins papers.
