Dumble sucht nach einem neuen Kapitel

Unfortunately Dumble and I’s time together comes to an end. I soon turn 16 and this means my pony time is running out, time for him is really hard to find with school and other horsey commitments. Dumble is one of the sweetest and most gentle souls to exist, this is why I think his love cannot go to waste, he deserves another one to love him as much as I do. 

We bought Dumble as a rising 5 year old from a small Irish producer, he came to us after only being broken in 3 weeks before. Sinse we have had him he is one of the most safest pony ever, never has he ever pulled a move to hurt anyone or anything. Despite his greeness he has excelled and put in his everything no matter what we have pointed him at.

We have taken Dumble down the eventing root but we now realise this root does not fit him as much as we thought. He finds not necessarily the jumping hard but the atmosphere of whistles and other horses running around over whelming, but because of his sweet nature he will not throw shapes but instead shut down and freez. Perhaps with more time and patience he will overcome this but with other horses and pony’s taking up time and my limited time left with my pony’s I can’t give Dumble the time he deserves. 

We believe Dumble can most certainly make any pony with the right training and patience, improving his balance and strength with age. We think Dumble will achieve to become an amazing hunter jumping pony, with 3 solid gates, a scopey jump and a stunning face. He will most definitely give a confident ride with his Irish brave brain!

Dumble currently jumps 90-100cm at home, 80cm at competitions.

We have had Dumble almost 2 years and he’s been with us from the very start. He is now a rising 7 year old as his birthday is in October. He is 142cm tall and he is a full connemara pony. He has recently had his teeth done only 2 weeks ago, up to date with his injections, when we bought him he has also been X-rayed. The only thing that came up was a small chip in 1 leg, this has no effect on him and allows him to do his job with no discomfort or cause any problems. Because of this minor issue the price has reduced.

Dumble is part of the family and will only go to a 5 star home. This was an extremely hard decision but we feel it’s the best for him. Please reach out if interested, price can be negotiable.
