Gehobenes Freizeitpferd und/ oder Zuchtstute

We are selling our well-behaved mare due to lack of time.  
Embassina is healthy, athletic, and currently underchallenged :)  
She is a 10-year-old Hanoverian mare, currently competing at A-level, and has participated in several small competitions. At six years old, she competed in L-level eventing but was not further trained in that discipline.  
Last year, she had a wonderful foal and has proven to be an excellent broodmare and mother.  
Recently, she has been ridden extensively in lessons and taken on trail rides with young riders. She is very reliable, motivated, and always manageable.  
We see her as an ideal partner for ambitious leisure riders who enjoy trail riding and dressage. Unfortunately, she is less enthusiastic about jumping and can get stressed in that discipline. She loves cross-country jumping and free jumping, which she does confidently.  
She is very well-behaved away from home, easy to load and farrier-friendly, and very friendly and gentle in handling.  
She is shod four times a year, has excellent hooves, and generally good health. She appears healthy and well-rounded on hay, straw, and mineral feed.  
Currently, she stays in an indoor box at night and is turned out in a mixed group during the day. We could also consider a quiet pasture with a run-in shed, provided she has a comfortable resting place.  
This is a truly lovely, sweet dream horse, and we are reluctant to part with her :)  
There are two minor issues: she tends to crib in her box (which does not affect her health) and has a sarcoid, which does not impair her and causes no problems.
