PSL Lusitano Zuchtstute Perlino

Expressive, licensed PSL (Lusitano) breeding mare.

She has a striking perlino coat and stands at 1.63 meters, giving her a fairy-tale or unicorn-like appearance. 🦄  
A proven producer of special-colored foals (Palomino, Buckskin, etc.).

Born in Portugal in 2011, she has been in Germany since 2016. She is very hardy and free of eczema.  
Her training level is currently rough; she has only been used as a broodmare so far. She has foaled three of her four foals here in Germany within the herd, all via natural cover.

Absolutely herd-safe and very social. She is a loving mother mare and has always foaled alone and without complications.

Initially, she may be somewhat cautious around humans, but she is never aggressive.

All her foals display a very open, human-oriented temperament—curious, playful, and always attentive. Her conformation and extremely strong back, combined with excellent movement and a powerful hindquarters, are inherited by her foals. All of them make very good riding horses, suitable for dressage, working equitation, or leisure riding, and are also very interesting for breeding.

Her licensed buckskin mother, as well as her sire, the renowned buckskin stallion Check-Mate, are both very tall and expressive.

Lineages include Ribeiro Telles, Veiga, Palha, Coimbra, Irmaos, and Ortigáo Costa.

In her pedigree are stallions such as Ohio (73.5 points), Dardo (72.5 points), Habitual (72 points), Dital (70.5 points), Zelador (80 points), Raio (77 points), Damasco (76 points), Mexico (74.5 points), Habil (73.5 points), Zagalo (75 points), among others.
