With a heavy heart, after much consideration of the pros and cons, I have decided to find the perfect home for my two miniature Shetlands. Due to health and time constraints, I am no longer able to give them the care they deserve. 

Both are to be sold only as a pair and must stay together. Ella (chestnut pinto), born May 2017, 86 cm, is blind in both eyes and needs a jumper (black-brown), born June 2014, 82 cm, as her guide pony. Both came from poor conditions and, with a lot of love and patience, have regained trust and accompanied me for three years during my work with children (equine-assisted intervention). 

Due to health reasons, I had to stop working with them, and now they are simply beloved ponies who are under-stimulated. Jumper is familiar with long-rein and ground work and has great fun in extreme trail riding. Both enjoy walks and are willing to try anything. Neither has ever been ill since I’ve had them—no laminitis, colic, eczema, etc.

Ella’s blindness results in a high muscle tone, which can be well managed with supplementary feed from Iwest. Both are fence-sure, familiar with open stables and box stalls.
