Angelo is the full package with that hard to find heavy bone in a horse without the height, he stands at 15 hands. A bonus is being a flashy sorrel with a thick flaxen mane and tail. He is an 11-year-old mustang weighing around 1225 pounds, rides and drives.
Angelo went right to work at the age of 3 as a trail horse in Arizona. He was a personal horse but was also used as an occasional guest horse at a guest ranch. He has accumulated tons of trail miles along with overnight camping in AZ, SD and MN.
He is an easy keeper, traffic safe, good ground manners, loves a bath, comes to you or easy to catch in the pasture, good for the farrier (he has been barefoot all summer in MN), stands quiet tied, has been ridden in large groups and out alone …
New to him this summer was working cattle, roping and doctoring calves, pushing stock through the sale barn, some arena work, and beginner liberty training. He rocked it all!!!
