Shorty is a seasoned 10-year-old gelding pony standing 46 inches tall. We've owned him for 7 years, and he’s been tested and trusted by all three of our kids. This pony has truly done it all.
He’s an experienced ranch pony with years of real work under his belt—gathering, sorting, and moving cattle. Shorty has drug calves to the branding fire, penned cattle at the sale barn, and tagged countless baby calves in the spring. He’s logged many miles, going wherever the kids pointed him, always steady and reliable.
Shorty is confident alone and doesn’t rely on other horses for company. He’s been used as a heeling pony, for breakaway roping, and running barrels at jackpots, junior rodeos, and fun shows. He’s sound, has good feet, and is an easy keeper.
His ground manners are excellent, especially with kids. While he’s a little timid around unfamiliar adults.
