Cashew is a very handsome silver chestnut 11-year-old gelding with a gorgeous white mane and tail. His color is absolutely stunning year-round and catches everybody’s eye. He is very gentle and has a great personality. He rides out very well on his own but will also lead line. He has been ridden bareback and with a saddle everywhere from being outside gathering cattle to inside the arena. He has gone to local events, and nothing has bothered him. Cashew is suitable for beginners all the way up to more advanced riders. He is a great size for all ages. He will keep up outside and in the arena with the big horses. He is very broke and will do what is asked of him. He will walk, trot, lope, turn, and stop. He is willing to please with a good fun nature.
Cashew has been amazing with our 8-year-old daughter, 5 and 2 year old sons. They play and crawl over and under him and he’s always been great with them. He is great to catch everywhere including a big pasture. Easy to load and unload in trailers. He does not get “fresh” or ill-mannered. He stands tied well and has no bad habits. He is not spooky or “watchy” at all. Cashew is an awesome little guy!
