Vielversprechender Dressurpony mit großem Potenzial

Sagolandets Gargamel, or Melle as we call him, is now looking for his new family.

Melle was born in 2021 here at Sagolandets Stuteri and has never been ill or injured. However, X-rays have shown a cyst in his right hind stifle, which we are of course happy to provide more information about to serious enquiries.

Melle is insured with Folksam with no exclusions. His insurance includes A1 life insurance of SEK 55,000, A2 life insurance of SEK 50,000, A1 veterinary care coverage of SEK 80,000, as well as an additional SEK 50,000 coverage for colic surgery.

Melle is a small pony with very big, expressive gaits and plenty of power. He has three impressive gaits, with his trot and canter being particular highlights. With the right rider and continued training, we believe he has the potential to compete at the highest levels.

He is qualified for the Swedish Young Pony Championships in dressage and will compete in the final in week 35.

In his training, he has started working on movements such as leg-yield, shoulder-in and travers, which he finds easy. In the canter, he needs to continue developing his strength in order to properly collect his big and powerful canter.

Melle also enjoys jumping and has tried some cross-country, which he really enjoys. He is therefore not only an exciting dressage prospect but also appreciates varied work.

A very exciting pony for someone looking for big movement, power and plenty of potential, and who wants to continue developing his qualities.

Melle is currently with a loan home in Vallentuna, Sweden, and this is where viewings and trial rides will take place.
